Prices are subject to change without notice after the validity period expires. For extended validity, please contact our sales team. 2. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS - Prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise specified - Prices include the cost of goods and applicable fees based on selected Incoterm - Payment terms available: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), Net 30, Net 90 - T/T: Payment must be received before shipment documentation is released - Net 30 & Net 90: Finance fees apply as per the quotation summary - Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes or duties in the destination country 3. QUALITY & SPECIFICATIONS - All coffee is cupped and graded according to SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) standards - Defects: Maximum 8 defects per 300g sample for specialty grade - Moisture content: 10-12% (target 11%) - Bags: 20kg plastic bags or from 59kg to 69kg jute bags with inner plastic liners (Grain pro or similar) - Inspection: Buyer has the right to inspect goods upon arrival - Claims for quality defects must be submitted within 7 days of delivery 6. FORCE MAJEURE Foosung Corporation shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this quotation due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: war, terrorism, natural disasters, pandemics, port strikes, or government actions. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Foosung Corporation's total liability for any claims arising from this quotation shall not exceed the total value of the goods quoted. 8.
